Products are made to order and crafted by hand, so reasonable variations are to be expected. Due to the nature of the crafting process and materials used, no two items will be exactly the same. The items pictured on the website are a close representation of the finished items you will receive.

Payment Processing and Fees

Payment is charged at the time the order is placed. You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, customs duties, or fees associated with your purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges

Custom orders are non-refundable once they have been made, as they are personalized specifically for you.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted.

However, if you have a concern about an item, please contact me within three days of receiving it, and we will find the best solution to resolve the issue.
