Delayed Packages

Refer to your tracking and allow 24 hours, as packages are sometimes scanned as delivered before they actually arrive. You may also contact your local post office, as they may have more insight into the delay.

I do not issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered.

Lost Packages

Submit a Missing Mail search request to USPS. Once that process is complete, a claim can be filed with USPS to receive reimbursement for the item's value, as the USPS shipping service selected includes up to $100 in insurance. If you need assistance, please contact me for support.
