Sharing information with Shopify as necessary to provide you with services and comply with my obligations under both the Shopify Seller Policy and Shopify Terms of Use.

Clashing Metal utilizes the Shopify and Facebook/Instagram Shop features, allowing customer data to be shared between Shopify and Meta to enable various functions, primarily ad targeting, performance analytics, and order fulfillment.

This data sharing feature utilizes a Meta Pixel, a third-party cookie that collects and shares customers’ browsing behavior on our store. Browser-based ad blockers can prevent the pixel from collecting data.

Service providers: Clashing Metal engages certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to the shop, such as delivery companies. Clashing Metal will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.

Business transfers:  If I sell or merge my business, I may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.
